Prior to joining Logistics Industrial Realty, Simon served in senior executive leadership roles with Unilever, TIGI, and Elida Beauty, where he was responsible for business development, eCommerce strategy, channel management, and full P&L ownership across multiple international markets. His experience includes launching new brands, developing distribution networks, negotiating strategic partnerships, and helping organizations identify opportunities for sustainable growth. Most recently, Simon led North American eCommerce operations for Elida Beauty, building a business from inception to more than $40 million in annual revenue while managing key relationships with Amazon and major retail partners. His extensive background in supply chain operations, logistics, distribution strategy, and market expansion provides valuable insight for companies seeking real estate solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. At Logistics Industrial Realty, Simon focuses on industrial and logistics real estate, assisting tenants, owners, and investors with site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic real estate planning.
