Founder & President Larry brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Logistics Industrial Realty. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Larry served as an Industrial Property Specialist at CBRE in Dallas and Houston.
Larry has built a successful career in industrial property sales and leasing, excelling in tenant and buyer representation, leasing, sales, build-to-suit projects, land transactions, and consulting for companies both nationally and locally. Over his career, he has completed sale and leasing assignments for over 40 million square feet of industrial space. His commitment to his clients is highlighted by his creativity, deep industry knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and precise methodology throughout the entire real estate transaction process. In addition, Larry is highly active in the Transportation Properties Sector, sourcing cross-dock truck terminals, truck and trailer yards, repair facilities, and land for his transportation clients. Her background in tenant representation and negotiations offers a high level of service to her clients and the Logistics Realty team. Merideth truly understand client needs with her in-depth knowledge of warehousing and industrial facility operations.
Merideth is a Texas native who grew up in the suburbs of DFW. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a degree in Public Relations and Business Administration. Following graduation, she worked in finance, and eventually transitioned to real estate after being exposed to distribution and manufacturing industries through commercial lighting.
